We do not:

        • Complete work for submission without your review and approval
        • Guarantee specific grades, acceptance, or outcomes
        • Provide services violating academic integrity policies when used improperly
        • Write content promoting illegal activities, hate speech, or harm

3.4 Intended Use

Our services are intended to provide:

        • Research assistance and guidance

Clients are responsible for using delivered work ethically and in accordance with applicable academic, institutional, and professional policies.

5.1 Pricing

Pricing is based on:

5.2 Payment Methods

5.3 Payment Schedule

        • Standard Projects: 70% payment due before work commences
        • Large Projects (above 20,000 words): Payment may be split with 50% upfront and 50% upon completion
        • Ongoing Service Agreements: Payment terms as specified in contract

5.4 Currency and Conversion

Payments in foreign currency are subject to prevailing exchange rates at the time of payment. Currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the Client.

5.5 Late Payment

Failure to make payment by the due date may result in:

        • Suspension of work on your project
        • Cancellation of your order
        • Withholding of completed work until payment is received
        • Late payment fees of 5% per week
        • Legal action to recover outstanding amounts

5.6 Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy outlined in Section 11 of these Terms.

6.1 Delivery Timeline

Projects will be delivered by the deadline specified in your order confirmation. Delivery times begin when:

        • Payment is received in full
        • Complete project instructions are provided
        • All necessary materials are supplied

6.2 Delivery Method

Completed work will be delivered via:

        • Email attachment to your registered email address
        • Secure download link from our platform
        • Other agreed method

You are responsible for checking your email and downloading delivered work promptly.

6.3 Deadline Extensions

If you require a deadline extension:

        • Request in writing as soon as possible
        • Extensions are granted at Company discretion
        • No additional fees for reasonable extensions requested in advance
        • Rush fees may apply for shortened deadlines

6.4 Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays caused by:

        • Late provision of instructions or materials by Client
        • Technical issues with third-party services
        • Force majeure events (natural disasters, civil unrest, power failures, etc.)
        • Payment processing delays

In such cases, delivery deadlines will be extended accordingly.

6.5 Missed Deadlines

If we fail to deliver by the agreed deadline without valid reason, you may be entitled to:

        • Expedited completion at no extra charge
        • Partial refund as compensation
        • Full refund if delay renders work unusable

7.1 Ownership After Payment

Upon receipt of full payment, you receive:

        • Complete ownership of the delivered custom written content

7.2 Our Retained Rights

Inkventive retains:

        • Right to use anonymised, generalised project information for training purposes
        • Right to showcase work in portfolio with your written permission
        • Right to refuse permission to republish work on external platforms

7.3 Pre-Payment Rights

Until full payment is received:

        • Inkventive retains all rights to the work
        • Client may not use, distribute, or claim ownership of work
        • We reserve the right to withhold delivery

7.4 Client-Provided Materials

You retain ownership of all materials, documents, and information you provide. By providing materials, you grant us a license to use them solely for completing your project.

7.5 Third-Party Content

Any third-party content (images, charts, quotes) included in delivered work remains the property of respective owners. You are responsible for:

        • Obtaining necessary permissions for use
        • Ensuring compliance with copyright and fair use
        • Proper attribution of sources

7.6 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

8.3 Revision Requests

To request revisions:

        • Highlight sections requiring modification
        • Explain how work does not meet original requirements

8.4 Revision Limitations

        • Maximum of three (3) revision rounds per project
        • Each revision must be requested within 10 days of previous delivery
        • Revisions beyond three rounds incur additional fees
        • Unreasonable or abusive revision requests may be declined

8.5 Acceptance of Work

If no revision request is received within 10 days of delivery, work is considered accepted and the project is deemed complete.

9.4 Client Responsibility

        • Project files for 2 years to facilitate potential revisions

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

11.1 Cancellation by Client

You may cancel your order:

Before Work Begins:

        • Full refund if requested before writer assignment
        • Administrative fee of 10% may apply

After Work Begins but Before 50% Completion:

        • Refund of 50% of project cost
        • Completed portions may be delivered

After 50% Completion:

        • No refund available
        • You will receive completed work upon full payment

11.2 Cancellation by Inkventive

We reserve the right to cancel orders if:

        • Client provides false or misleading information
        • Payment cannot be processed or verified
        • Project violates our ethical guidelines or legal requirements
        • Client engages in abusive or harassing behaviour
        • Instructions are impossible to fulfil despite clarification attempts

In case of cancellation by us:

        • Full refund provided if work has not commenced
        • Partial refund based on work completed if applicable

11.3 Refund Eligibility

Full or partial refunds may be granted when:

        • We fail to deliver by agreed deadline without valid reason
        • Delivered work significantly deviates from instructions despite clarification
        • Work contains confirmed plagiarism
        • Technical issues prevent delivery through our fault

11.4 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not provided for:

        • Client dissatisfaction with grades, feedback, or outcomes
        • Work that meets instructions but not unstated expectations
        • Changes in client needs after project commencement
        • Failure to request revisions within specified timeframe
        • Disagreement with writer’s interpretation of ambiguous instructions
        • Third-party rejection for reasons unrelated to quality

11.5 Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to original payment method.

        • Data loss (maintain your own backups)

12.4 Client Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

        • Compliance with professional and legal requirements
        • Consequences of misusing our services
        • Verifying delivered content meets your needs

12.5 Third-Party Actions

We are not liable for decisions, actions, or policies of:

        • Publishers or review boards

        • Funding organisations

12.6 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, strikes, power failures, or internet disruptions.

15.4 Legal Fees

In any legal proceeding, the prevailing party may be entitled to recover reasonable legal fees and costs.

18.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Free Revisions Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Inkventive regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings.

18.2 Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective:

        • Immediately upon posting for new users
        • 30 days after notification for existing clients

Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

18.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions will be modified to achieve the original intent to the extent possible.

18.4 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Waiver of any provision must be in writing and signed by authorised representative.

18.5 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

18.6 Relationship

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Inkventive.

18.7 Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, natural disasters, or technical failures.

18.8 Headings

Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation of these Terms.

18.9 Language

These Terms are written in British English. If translated, the English version prevails in case of any discrepancy.
